Is-sinjal għal ATTAKK TAL-QALB għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) Fl-ewwel parti jsir is-sinjal għal OPERAZZJONI. Dan isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 dritta bis-swaba’ flimkien u bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id tmiss il-ġenb l-ieħor taħt l-ispalla. (ii) Imbagħad, l-istess id timxi ftit ’il quddiem u tintlewa f’ponn ħafif bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u tagħti skoss mgħaġġel żgħir ’il barra xi darbtejn.
The sign for HEART ATTACK has two parts. (i) The first part is make with one hand in the shape of a straight 5 with fingers together and with the palm facing inwards. The hand touches the other side below the shoulder. (ii) Then, the same hand moves forward slightly and folds over in a loose fist with palm facing downwards. The hand makes two small, fast, jerky movements forwards.
